Housing on the Bubble
About the platform

From “on the bubble” to “batter up” to under construction.

Across Canada, thousands of housing projects sit on deck: landowners with land but no builder, Indigenous communities with housing demand but no financing, developers with capital but no shovel-ready sites, municipalities with serviced land but no delivery partners, and manufacturers with capacity but no projects.

Housing on the Bubble is the national housing project exchange. Every project enters the funnel. Every missing piece becomes visible. Every investor, builder, architect, engineer, Indigenous organization, municipality, and government agency sees the same pipeline.

How scoring works

Every project receives a readiness score out of 100 across four dimensions: site readiness (land control and servicing, 30 points), capital readiness (financing and program support, 25 points), team readiness (design, delivery, and operations roles, 25 points), and regulatory readiness (approvals stage, 20 points). Scores of 85+ are Batter Up — investment ready. The score is transparent, rules-based, and recalculated as a project fills its gaps.
